He was predeceased by: his father Preston Hannahs; his son David Hannahs; his brother Richard Hannahs; his stepmother Mary Hannahs (Rush); and his stepbrother John Rush.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Hannahs (Cutshall); his children, Connie Campbell (Jon) of Mineral City, Kevin Hannahs (Tammy) of Newcomerstown and Donna Davis of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Carlie Woodard (Talor), Cassidy Campbell, Connor Campbell (Brittany), Lauren Rine (Joe Eggleston), Leandra Bush, Lyndley Hannahs (Chyna) of John and Hannah Davis; his brothers, Robert Hannahs of Marietta and Larry Hannahs (Nancy) of Newcomerstown; his stepsisters, Mary Lou Meek and Carol Ann Rush; and his sister-in-law Mary Hunt. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
