He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Pugh and Glenn Baker; and his mother-in-law Glenna Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Holly Richardson; his daughters, Lacey Arnaud of Rockport, TX and Devony Pugh (Justin Morgan) of Newcomerstown; his grandsons, Cadyne Lynch and Grayson Arnaud; his brother Glenn Pugh of Newcomerstown; his niece Ashley Jacque (Kevin); his great-niece Margaret Jacque; and his pet Taurus.
