He is survived by: his wife Joy (Salmon); his daughter Luann Frazier; his grandchild Thomas Kinnaird, Jr.; his son Chris Frazier (Callie); his grandchildren, Kenna, Lander and Lynden Frazier; his daughter Amber Frazier; his grandchildren, Ashaundrea Burgess and Jaxton Conrad; his sisters, Rebecca Bailey (Ken) of Williamstown, WV and Brenda Morton (Tom) of Vienna, WV.; his nieces and nephews, Todd Metz, Tammy Haines, Tracy Schrader, Matthew Lazor and Amber Hart; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan and Allyn Hart; and his pet CoCo.
