She is survived by: her husband Richard Duane Smith; her sons, Richard Forest Smith (Angela) of Orrville and Ronald Lee Smith (Terri) of Dover; her grandchildren, Joshua Lee (Casey), Jason Richard (Holly), Hunter Lee Smith and Nicole Elizabeth Sears (Vaughn); her great grandchildren, Finn, Sawyer, Baylor, Briar Smith, Tanner and Atlee Rose Sears; her sister-in-law Linda Booth; her nephew David Booth; and her niece Brenda Casteel.
