She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Griffith and Althea Griffith (Mackley); her former husband Robert Douglass; her husband Samuel Swinderman; and her son Kim Robert Douglass.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Francisco (James) of Albany, Kenneth Douglass (Cathy) of Newcomerstown, Steven Ray Douglass (Pamela) of New Philadelphia and Michael E.; her stepdaughter Susan Fletcher (Dan) of Butler, PA; and her grandchildren, Michelle Grubbs, Cristie Scharer, Ryan Douglass, Jacob McMasters, Jason Douglass, Katlin Tucker, Tayler Douglass, Daniel Crawford, Chad Crawford, Colin Crawford, Marlayna McIntire and Evan McIntire.
