He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; his parents, Salvatore and Providenza; and his brother Santo. He is survived by: his children, Mary Macko, Thomas, Robert and Cathleen Birli (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jason Macko (Michelle), Catie Montagna (Anthony), Joseph Birli (Nicole) and Samantha Harris (Scott); his great grandchildren, Anthony, Maddalina Montagna, Timothy and Rosemary Harris; and his siblings, Lucy Louis (late Raymond), Joseph (late Carmella) and JoAnne Terhune (late Thomas).
