She was predeceased by: her father Milton Berger. She is survived by: her children, Cary McCullen (Geoffrey) and Jack; her grandchildren, Meghan Alexander (James), Casey, Molly and Aidan McCullen; and her siblings, William Berger (Jeanine) and Thomas Berger (Ann). She is also survived by her husband and children.

Contributions may be made in memory of Sarah to Cuyahoga Library Foundation.
