He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores; his children, Roberta Gurko (Thomas Jr.), Barbara Madrigal (Rodrigo Sr.) and Kelly Ketring (Rick); his grandchildren, Thomas Gurko III, Timothy Gurko, Anne Marie Balcer, Rodrigo Madrigal Jr., Raquel Castro, Amy Ketring and William Ketring; his siblings, JoAnn Beres (Karl) and Donald Safko (late Helen); and his sibling-in-law Laverne Turco (late Vincent).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The American Cancer Society.
