She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tracy and Dorothy Tracy; and her brother Edward Tracy. She is survived by: her sons, Sean (Christine) and Blake; her grandchildren, Alexandria (Justin Brown) and Benjamin; her great grandchild Jaylynn Brown; her sister Doris Fearon (late William); her caregivers, Patricia, Renate, Christina, Desiree, April, Troy and Chaplain Heidi; and also Anthony Wiggins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be dedicated in honor and memory of Patricia to the Cleveland Clinic.
