We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Michael Robert Lefton of Newbury, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Cornelia "Corky"; and his brother Jack Lefton. He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Peggy" Lefton; his son David Benjamin Lefton; his sisters, Enid Lefton and Ann Dee Shankman (Alan); his niece Joanna Shankman; his brother Barry Kornreich (Rosemary); his nieces, Rachel Mills (Justin) and Sara; and his nephew Joshua Kornreich.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to University Seidman Cancer Center or the Montefiore Maltz Hospice House.

“My heart breaks, Mike was a great old friend who not only was a great keyboard player but a great Christian brother. We had many long talks after our "Wing and a Prayer" practices ...about Spirituality, Christ and what Creation was all about. He knows all the answers now. Also I had great uplifting times playing and being with him at Tikvat Yisrael. The Heavens got another great brother and musician! Until we all meet again, Love you brother.”
