She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Rodriguez and Josephine Rodriguez (Cassela); her husband John W. Bohach; her brother Gino Rodriguez; her sister-in-law Violet Rodriguez; and her son Brian.

She is survived by: her stepsons, Christopher Bohach (Lisa), Robert Bohach (Shara) and Rick Bohach; her grandsons, Dylan, Corey and Brandon; her nephews, Wendell Rodriguez (Kathy), Anthony Rodriguez (Ann) and Bert Rodriguez (Lori); her great-nephews, Gary Jackson, Anthony Rodriguez and Josh Rodriguez; her great-niece Andrea Schriener (Michael); her brother Gilbert Rodriguez; and her goddaughter Kimberly Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Grace's memory are requested to be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, http://www.cff.org and selecting the Northern Ohio Chapter.
