She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Helen Smith; her siblings, Dana and Margaret; and her niece Julie.
She is survived by: her husband David Lockemer; and her daughter Sarah.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Madricks Tavern (10760 Kinsman Rd, Newbury Township, OH 44065).
