He was predeceased by: his parents, William Seth and Ida Fay Powell, Sr. (McClure); and his wife Dawn Powell (Stanley). He is survived by: his sons, William Seth Powell III and Lance Brian Powell; his grandchildren, Logan Powell, Bonnie Barnes (Gavin), Lauren Powell and Conner Powell; and his siblings, Donald Powell, Joyce Curley and Sandi Cunningham (Sonny). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
