As William Reese departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William Reese may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William Reese leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Wilson and Grace Wilson; his sister Judy Lehman; his wife Barbara; his children, Jeffrey Marc Wilson (Heather) and Jennifer Megan Wilson (Stephanie Mizer); and his granddaughter Hannah Cotterman (Isaac).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Joseph Cemetery (6825 Mt Vernon Rd, Newark, OH 43055).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Licking County Humane Society or charity of choice in his memory.
