He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. Bell and Dorothea W. Bell (Snyder); his wife Carolyn Ann Bell; his sister Betsy Leedy; and his brothers-in-law, Todd Kidd and Terry Kidd.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer A. Long (Bryan), Teresa A. Johnson (Dwayne) and Ryan R. Bell (Kim); his grandchildren, Samantha Johnson, Bradley Long (Haley), Michael Long, Tabitha Johnson and Ashley Long; his brother Harvey Bell Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jody Kidd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
