He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Baker, and Marie Teresa Baker, Sr. (Cox); and his sister Dorothy Darrah. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Baker (Mills); and his children, Bill Baker III (Vicki), Marlene Pitt (Reg), Jenell DeVaul (John), Dave Baker (Michele), Tom Baker (Margo) and Lisa Dockus (Doug). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
