He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Junior and Louise Fortney Butch (Hull); his daughter Heather Dawn; and his sister Patty Ohlinger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Michelle Cordone (John), Marcie Morra-Pineda (Miguel) and Frank Fortney; and his siblings, Sharon Edgell, Gary Fortney, Debbie Craps and Walter Fortney. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
