He is survived by: his friend Newark Naz; his wife Jill Gillespie (Dunagan); his sons, Timothy Gillespie (Tina) of Heath and Sean Gillespie of Newark; his son-in-law Kerry Seymour (Mindy) of Pataskala; his grandchildren, Dillon Hall of New Albany, Kaitlyn (Seymour), Whitney Cross (Aaron Back) of Buckeye Lake and Ian Gillespie of Heath; his great grandchildren, Ayden Cross, Aria Cross, Rylan Scherker, Micah Scherker, Arabella Andrews and Sierra Scherker; and his sister Barbara Spring Houk (Simmons) of Newark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
