He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Stevens and Phyllis Liggett (Wolfe). He is survived by: his wife Tina L. Stevens (Brumage); his children, Todd Stevens (Lisa), Ted Stevens (Judy), Ashley Fowler and Morgan Evans (Bill); his siblings, Dave Liggett (Julie), Joyce Stevens, Kathy Stevens Yantes (Dave), Terry Allen (Tom Hummel) and Jodi Clark (Delano); and his grandchildren, Karlie, Thomas, Caleb, Zachary, Drew, Madison, Parker and Brayden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
