He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucy Smith and Elmer Smith; and his uncle James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Farrow; his son Timothy Duane Farrow (Linda) of Grove City; and his grandchildren, Michael Graham Farrow (Lindy) of Columbus, Ashley Nicole Farrow (Dylan) of Johnstown and Shannon Lee Wolgamot (Amber) of Columbus.
