Phillips; her siblings, Howard Whited, Clarence Whited, Alfred Whited, Damon Whited, Ballard Whited, Hurley Whited, Exie Baldwin and Pansy Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Miller Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Mullin (Don) of Spring Hill, David Phillips of Steubenville and Theresa Laurell (John) of Newark, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kevin McDowell (Jennifer), Eric McDowell, Dana Phillips (Dayna), James Phillips (Christina), Kurt Thayer (Valene) and Jessica Kuntzman (Andy); and her sister-in-law Lillie Bostic. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens (18260 Coshocton Rd, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
