She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Mummey and Anna Mae Mummey (Good); and her brothers, Jerry Mummey (Brenda) and Roger Mummey. She is survived by: her husband John P. Smith; her children, Tara Albert (John), Thad Houseman (Nikki) and Scott Smith (Heather); her grandchildren, Kelly Miller, Kenneth Miller, Sara Albert, Marissa Sease (Noah), Avery Houseman, Jack Houseman, Kennedy Houseman and Paul Smith; her great grandchildren, Paige Doan, Mariah Miller, Malachi Sease and Cyrus Sease; and her siblings, Danny Mummey (Tina), David Mummey (Barbara), Don Mummey (Tammy) and Nina Mummey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
