He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Wills and Roberta V. Wills (Orr); and his wife Cheryl Wills (Carson). He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Cathy Wills of Slidell, Louisiana; his grandsons, Austin Wills (Hailey) and Josh Wills; his brother David; his sister-in-law Sharon Wills of Newark; his sister Darlene Haas Baker; and his brother-in-law Charles Baker of Newark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
