He was predeceased by: his parents, John Utrevis and Gladys Utrevis (Pierson); and his brother Jack Utrevis. He is survived by: his wife F. Jennifer Utrevis (Joliet); his daughters, Christine Breckenridge of Newark and Anne Michelle Sullivan (Jason) of Dallas, Texas; and his grandchildren, Connor Sullivan, Natalee Breckenridge and Chase Breckenridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
