He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Francis and Hazel Francis (Gleckler); his son Kevin Francis; his grandchildren, Sherry Francis and Garrett Crase; and his siblings, Ronald, Donald, Paul Francis, Bonnie Kopp and Norma Jean Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Tina McPeek (Tim), Keith Francis, Todd Francis (Jessica) and Kathy Mix; his grandchildren, Megan Pursley, Fawna Apprich, Shawn Francis (Amber), Bernadette Darkess, Shelly Francis, Carmen Mason (Raven), Kaylin Francis, Clayton Francis, Thorin Francis and Alice Francis; and his sisters, Marilee Bailes and Dee Williams (Pat). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, Newark Church of Christ or Licking County Aging Program.
