Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Neal leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Hall and Louise Hall (Jacobs); his son Michael Allen Hall; his brother Karl Hall; and his former wife Linda Ford Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Chrystal "Chris" Hall; his daughter Janet Smith (Michael); his stepdaughter Lisa Morse (Nicholas); and his brother Dale Hall (Lynn). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
