He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Connie S. Westbrook and Robert T. Westbrook; his brother Brian C.; his sisters-in-law, Christy Westbrook and Yvonne Harvey; his pet Holly; his grandparents, Robert, Betty Welch, Charles and Pauline Westbrook; and his aunt Connie J. Westbrook.
