It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. Ambrus of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Stephen and Ruth Eldeen Ambrus (Dyer); his brother Patrick Ambrus; and his brother-in-law Thomas Spring. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ambrus (Williams); his children, Cherelle "Dawn" Ambrus-Cook (Michael), Pamela White (John) and Katherine Aillon (Michael); his grandchildren, Andrew, Eric, Emily, Nathan, Xavier (Micki), Dakota, Elena, Evan, Johnny and Jack; his great grandchildren, Camden and Theodore; his siblings, Kathleen Spring and Daniel Ambrus (Teresa); and his half-sister Kathi Cartee (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
