She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Emerson and Bertha Emerson (Rice); her husband Wilfred "Bud" Farley; her daughter Marquita Farley; her brothers, Leonard, Richard and Dale Emerson; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Wilkins (Ralph) and Anabelle Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Farley and Cheryl Oberfield (Mike); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hamilton (Wayne), Matthew Farley (Lesley), Alicia Gayheart (Evan Brown), Gregory Oberfield (Samantha) and Courtney Williams (Nick); her great grandchildren, Adrienne, Haiden, Addison, Alexander, Claira, Rosie, Eleanor, Benjamin, Gabriel and Elizabeth; and her sister Naomi Muir. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mary to Hospice of Central Ohio and/or Humane Society of Licking County.
