She was predeceased by: her father William Amos Perkins; and her brothers, Donald Perkins and Mark Allen Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Kandie Sue Ellen Larimer of Newark, Michael Lynn Newell of Newark and Anthony Richard Amos Newell of Newark; her mother Grace Martha Rose Perkins (Evans) of Newark; her fiancé Carl Sipe of Buckeye Lake; her grandchildren, Payton Newell, Paige Elizabeth Newell, Damien Newell, Jase Thorne and Josiah Fawn; and her siblings, Thomas W. Perkins, Sr. (Pamela) of Newark, Brenda Brown (Rick) of Newark and Sue Moore (Jim) of Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
