Lamp (Chism) of Heath, Ohio.; and his siblings, Connie Mae Richardson (Earl) of Newark, OH and Gary William Lamp (Jane Penatzer Zimmerman) of Greenburg, PA.. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Ernest Lamp (Donna) of Marne, OH and Kimberly Lamp Foster (Glenn) of Youngstown, OH; his nephew Kyle Lamp of Washington, PA; and his nieces, Shauntae Little (Shaun) of Moundsville, WV, Lori Smith (Ronald) of Bloomingdale, GA and Yvonne Schilling (Jason) of Youngstown.
