It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Josephine Hupp of Newark, Ohio, born in Glenford, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, O. V. Leckrone and Florence Marie Leckrone (Cotterman); her husband Roy; her sisters, Jean Kaffenberger, Ellen Tomei and Polly Clutter; and her granddaughter Jessica Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen E. Hupp (Janet) of Edwardsville, IL, Mark C. Hupp (Kathy) of Newark and Carla J. Kennedy of Winter Park, CO; her grandchildren, Stephen Hupp (Ashley) of Orangeville, IL, Lindsay Galloway (Ross) of Glen Carbon, IL, Matt Hupp (Jillian) of Newark, Corey (Brooke) of Newark and Jason Kennedy (Jessica) of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Ayden Durbin, Maddelynn Hupp, Conner Hupp, Ava Hupp, Lillian Hupp, Emmett Hupp, Nolan Hupp, Jack Kennedy and Jones Kennedy; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hupp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
