She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederico Testa and Rosa Testa (Carospilla); her husband Francis "Frank" Cortez; her sons, Michael A. Cortez and Frederick J. Cortez; and her sisters, Teresa A. Westbrook (Gerald) and Mary Pecoraro.
She is survived by: her son John F. Cortez; her grandchildren, Caitlyn R. Blacet (Brett), Christina M. Cortez, Annie M. Haefs, Justin Cortez (Marissa), Joshua Cortez (Sierra) and Addison Cortez; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Finley, Weston Cortez, Asher, Avery Cortez, Lera, Archer, Beau, Max Blacet and Elijah J. Badgley; and her extended family, Staci Hoy and Carrie Cortez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
