He was predeceased by: his parents, Sereno F. McIntosh and Edith J. McIntosh (Smith); his wife Mary Louella McIntosh (Brooks); his daughter Brenda McIntosh; and his sister Helen Gordon (Neil) of Newark.

He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Birtcher (Mike) of Newark; his granddaughter Summer Shaver (Kelley); his great grandchildren, Keegan and Karlee Shaver; and his close friends, Marilyn Willis, Robin Brown, Sonya, Kim Ellis and Mary Sue Riggleman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio.
