He was predeceased by: his parents, Sereno F. McIntosh and Edith J. McIntosh (Smith); his wife Mary Louella McIntosh (Brooks); his daughter Brenda McIntosh; and his sister Helen Gordon (Neil) of Newark.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Birtcher (Mike) of Newark; his granddaughter Summer Shaver (Kelley); his great grandchildren, Keegan and Karlee Shaver; and his close friends, Marilyn Willis, Robin Brown, Sonya, Kim Ellis and Mary Sue Riggleman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055).
