He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie DeVoe (Barker); his daughter Christi DeVoe; his parents, George R. "Bob" and Erma DeVoe; and his siblings, Michael Herbert DeVoe and Esther Sylvia DeVoe.
He is survived by: his children, Cindi DeVoe, Cathi Lester (Jerry), Conni Moody (John) and Cori Robinson (Doug); his siblings, Eva-Sue Kaiser (Phil), Bob DeVoe (Gretchen), Erma Hartman (Dennis) and Ellen Crook (Tim); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Barker (Barb), Barbara Akers (Arthur) and John Barker (Linda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
