He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gordon and Ruby Louise Linkous (Hare); and his sisters, Janet Curry, Loretta Stephenson and Vickie Linkous.
He is survived by: his wife Kendra E. Linkous (Jacobs); his children, Kevin Linkous (Maria) and Kellie Hill (J. D.); his sister Terry Stickle (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Swank (Tina) and Sally Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
