She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry O'Keefe and Judy O'Keefe; and her grandparents, William, Isabell McClugage, Clarence and Alice O'Keefe.
She is survived by: her brother Tim O'Keefe (Brenda); her nephew Shaun O'Keefe; her niece Sarah Dela Fuente (Anton); and her great-nieces, Samantha Peterson, Peyton O'Keefe and Harlow Dela Fuente.
