Lewis; her children, Donald Lewis (Cindy) and Kimberly Ross (Brett); her sister Teresa Adell (Tom); her grandchildren, Jacob Michael Ross (Elizabeth), Kelli Sue Ross, Lindsey Ann Jewell (Zach), Levi James Ross (Sydney), Richard Lee Lewis (Kaitlyn) and Melissa Marie Carter (Isaac); and her half-brothers, Donald Stafford (Christy) and Ben Stafford (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
