She is survived by: her children, Jacinda Brooks of Newark, Ohio, Jack Scott of Lancaster and Paul Teegardin of Newark, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kaiden, Blake, Hyedrich Brooks, Aalayhy Kretzer and Ryder Spencer; and her siblings, Jeff Vermaaten of Newark, Joey Vermaaten of Newark, John Vermaaten (Rita) of Pataskala, Ohio, Jody Davis of Newark and Jerri Scott (Kenny) of Newark, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
