It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine S. Felty of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Whittington and Nellie Whittington (McCoy); her husband Paul "Bill" Felty; her children, Sandie Herring, Peggy Gilbert and Ernest Jewell (Peggy); and her brother Shelton "Joe" Joseph Whittington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charnel Harvey (John) of Newark, OH, Cheryl Rivers of Kings Mountain, NC and Dianna Rego (Louis) of Port Orange, FL; and her brothers, Rick Whittington of Newark, OH and Earl Whittington of Newark, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
