We bid farewell to Joan K. Kuhlwein of Newark, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 15, 2024 at the age of 82. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Rothe and Julianna Rothe (Erhart); and her siblings, Linda Tufts and Roger Rothe. She is survived by: her husband Willard "Bill" Kuhlwein; her children, Leland Kuhlwein (Mel), Lance Kuhlwein (Karen) and Karen Winegardner (Scott); her grandchildren, Summer Winegardner, Jimmy Tarbutton, Michael Kuhlwein, Megan Coleman, Rachel Kuhlwein and Jess Davis; her great grandchildren, Logan Nethers, Johanna Kuhlwein, Mia Kuhlwein, Wren Kuhlwein, Declan Coleman, Atlas Coleman, Ivyonna Hammond, Teagan Davis and Tytus Davis; and her brothers, Richard Rothe and Charles Rothe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hanover Presbyterian Church (723 N Main St NE, Hanover, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
