He is survived by: his parents, Roger William and Karen Sue Agnew (Blaney); his daughters, Autumn Agnew, Chris Agnew, Kat Agnew and Alyssondra Agnew; his sister Christina Smith (Ed); and his former wife Rebecca Hoskinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
