She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Dimond and Catherine Dimond (Ague); her daughter Karen Smith; and her uncle Arthur Dimond. She is survived by: her husband Glen A. Hite; her children, Joan Welch (Nick) of Luther, MI and Christopher Hite (Amanda) of Newark; her grandchildren, Kylie Swetnam, Matthew Hite, Nathan Hite, Levi Welch, Jason Hite, Ashlynn Welch, Joey Hite and Jaxson Hite; her great grandchild Ruben Wood; and her brothers, Louie Hyman of Ray, OH and John Dimond (Mary) of Columbus.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Edward the Confessor (785 Newark Granville Rd, Granville, OH 43023).
