He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Conrad and G. Maxine Conrad (Forwood); his parents-in-law, Keith and Florence Raines, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Keith Raines, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Conrad (Raines); his daughters, Melanie Roberts and Stacy Appleton (Mark); his grandchildren, Max Appleton (Kaitlyn), Evan and Madalynn Roberts; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Raines (Debbie) and Susie Endicott (John); and his cousin Dave Varner (Lou). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the New Home Lodge #338 Hanover or to a charity of your choice in Jim's name.
