She is survived by: her children, Toya Spencer (Mark), Tessa Boyd (Lemar), Tara Alexander, Taryn Johnson (Joe) and Rufus Troy Alexander; her grandchildren, Langston, Eisley, Ethan, Ian and Joshua; and her siblings, Linda Threats, Suzette Elston and Tony Smith. She is also survived by friends, "Jeanie" to her siblings, "Mama Ida" to friends of her children, "Ma" or "Mom" to her children, and "Maw Maw" to her grandchildren.
