He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph and Genevieve Starzynski (Matusiewicz); and his wife Caroline C. Starr. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Caroline Starr (Metyk); his children, Edward Starr (Mark Garner), Constance Crump (Michael) and Steven Starr (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Victoria McPherson (Ryan) and Genevieve Myers (Brad); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Ezra and Brooks; and his brother Donald Starr (Joan).
