He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Arter and Tom Arter; his grandchildren, Cody Yantis, Ashley Yantis, Tiffany Arter, Justin Arter, Danny Arter and Brielle Arter; his great grandchild Kayden; and his brother Larry Arter.
