It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances E. Walz of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances E. Walz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Welch and Ruth Welch (Brown); her son Eric Walz; her sisters, Zona Jane Edgerly, Donna Sue Andrews and Janet Lester; and her brothers-in-law, Kenny Hunt, Charles Andrews and Robert Edgerly.
She is survived by: her husband David Paul Walz, Sr.; her children, Carla Walz and David Paul Walz, Jr.; her sister Paula Hunt; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Lauren and Collin Mitchell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio.
