He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Row and Thelma May Row (Bell); and his son Christopher Hoskinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Hoskinson; and his children, Michael Hoskinson (Tine) and Cindy Hoskinson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
