He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin E. Norris, and Dorothy Louise Norris, Sr. (Martenia); his wife Yuk Yi "Joanne" Norris; and his siblings, Walter Norris, Joseph Norris, Nathan Norris, Sr., Diana Kelley and Carol Person.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Norris (Debbie), Donna Norris, Barbara Newman (Gordy), Patricia Alexander (Norris) and Anthony Norris (Marilyn); his nephew Jongsung Lee (Sunny); and his friend Dave (Joyce).
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of God Saints of Christ (516 Cliffwood Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701).
